Wim is basically OpenBSD Europe, orders for most of Europe go through a different, although equally secure, ordering form. How to download OpenBSD   Well, I can assume you know how to use FTP for the moment. Visit ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/, find your release you want, or grab -CURRENT if you're interested in testing something new to the system.
